​The Clean and Lean Challenge is a challenge course created by Better University to help you lose body fat, build quality muscle, and feel better internally through your gut health by taking a 6 Week guided adventure into cleaning up your diet of processed foods in favor of more whole foods.

Through the power of the MyCoach app, this 6 week course provides you with daily educational lessons on nutrition and creating life style changes that will help you ultimately craft a healthy diet that is right for you!

Success in changing habits that are well formed like what we eat, is a challenging process. To help you conquer this mountain, we are addressing some of the most difficult parts for you!
Coming up with a balanced nutrition plan involves some time and education on a host of topics such as macro-nutrients and knowing your body's BMR.
